Week #19 Boil water with an electric kettle

There is no much science behind this one, so we will keep it simple. Using the electric tea kettle seems to be more efficient to boil water than the stovetop tea kettle. Even though it won’t make much of a difference, it still can add on.

Few reasons to choose the electric tea kettle:

- It’s efficient. With electric kettle, you are able to brew smaller amounts quicker and safely due to the automatic shut off. 

- It’s faster. 

- It lasts longer (in terms of blowing the stovetop tea kettle up). 

- You won’t get burnt (it's easier to handle). 

- It's more precise.

- As a tea (or even coffee) lover, you want to have at least a basic idea about the temperature for your teas. And this is easier to manage with an electric kettle.
