If each of us would pick up at least one piece of trash each day, imagine how our environment would be nicer and cleaner. So think about it when you go next for a walk, try to pick up that litter in the forest and nature will thank you.

Take it as a workout (just an idea)
Next time when you going for a walk, pick up the trash and let's make a squad for each piece you will find. You will not only help nature but also your body. And you might inspire others to do the same.

World Cleanup Day
Did you know that picking trash has its own national day? World Cleanup Day will be on 18 September 2021 and you can join the movement. You can find out more here.

Cigarette butts problem
Did you know that it's estimated that 4.5 trillion cigarette butts are littered globally each year? Making them the planet’s most pervasive form of plastic pollution. Dropping butts seems to be socially acceptable, but they cause serious damage to the environment. Most cigarette butts contain a filter made of cellulose acetate fibre, a type of a bioplastic (source).

And don't forget, you are doing it for yourself, too.
